They do such a great job! I never worry about taking my car in.
My husband I and just purchased our 4Runner from this location and we worked with Tyler. HE WAS FANTASTIC! I highly recommend him especially and this location overall. My family and I have bought all three vehicles from here and I have loved every single experience. First with my 2014 4Runner upgrades I wanted they had it if not I would be able to order it. Called about an hour after I dropped off my car, and repairs were going to be double what we discussed. Didn't like paying so much money (over $2400), but the cars runs so much nicer and hope to have no more repairs for a long time.
My wife went in with an appointment and was told when she got there it would be at least 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotate, needless to say but that was way too long with anappointment so they listened and got our vehicle in and done in just under an hour! Great service and accommodating a customer the way it should be. Very good!
This last time they did exactly what I asked them to do which was only an oil change. Wait time is horrible but understandable due to all the other vehicles waiting for service too. Went online, Great website, I changed previous appt day n time, and they accommodated my request immediately, I even got a call confirming change, now that's customer service!
