My wife and I went into the show room today, 16 October and spent 20-30 minutes looking over a van. I even went back to my truck and brought in my bicycle to see if it fit. The whole time no one even asked to help or if we had questions. The reception staff never looked up. Great customer service, not!

All of my encounters here have been met with competent, professional, and friendly service. The gentlemen in the service center have been awesome every time. Three specific individuals: Ismael Torres, Lionel Fiske, and Paul Franchini have always gone above and beyond expectations.
Do not ever purchase an extended warranty from LHM Toyota. I did and it was a waste of money. First, they wanted to charge me the $100 deductible to fix the radio. It was a fuse. Today, I find out the entire drive train doesn’t include the transmission and clutch. In addition to that, every time I took the car in for an oil change, the service guy told me about things that needed to be replaced, like injectors and plugs, that were changed 10,000 miles previously. We had a very nice salesman Jayden and when it came down to talk numbers the manager in sales (Clay) was absolutely horrible! He was so rude and basically said he didn’t want our business if we didn’t have $14,000 cash down. He stood up and walked out of the office. We went down there with our one year old and took time out of our day to be treated like that, it’s unacceptable. I will be telling my friends and family not to use this dealership due to that man. I purchased my new toyota from this dealership 5 months ago. I took my car in for service yesterday. i have found the sales force and the service team to be a professional and pleasant group of people to work with. Yesterday, I found the service area to be a bit busy and crowded, but the service people took good care of me and my car and I was out of there in good time. I plan on using their service as much as I can.
