I was in to look at a new Supra today that was advertised on the dealership website at $4200 below MSRP. After understanding the features of the car and test driving, I asked the Sales person to work up a quote expecting the website price. When he came back with the quote, you had raised the price of the vehicle $5ooo over MSRP. I fail to understand how a business cannot honor a price they advertise. An ethical business would not allow such practices.😞

RecommendedI was able to get a V6 4wd double cab Tacoma for nearly the same cost as a 2wd Tacoma with no back seats at all. Enuf said. Also, Emamuel, Rashad, and Ryan are awesome people to work with.

Promptly responded to my inquiry. Due to recovery from surgery l could not drive long distance. Ray spontaneously offered to bring the car to me. I appreciated that. He answered all my questions patiently. Thank you Ray. I told him that he does not fit the bad reputation of a car salesman!

Service has gone down a lot unfortunately. Been a loyal toyota Customer for 5 years now and always got my service done at the dealership. Recently the service department has been horrible to say the least. Before they started this new app style service it was hard just to get ahold of anyone to set up appointments. The app fixed that issue but now it's impossible to get ahold of your service advisor or even a supervisor if you have any issues.
