4hrs for a scheduled simple oil change. OIL CHANGE ONLY. Then who knows how long it was sitting in the ready to go lane no one called me to let me know. The salesman are beyond annoying also. I was there for a scheduled oil change I don’t need assistance with any cars or want to buy anything. You have to be rude for them to leave you alone. Dang sharks. They worked very hard to get me an amazing price on a truck and the service was outstanding when my first oil change was needed.

sold me a tire today and after my husband drove off he noticed tire pressure light was on. we took it back to TOYOTA and they checked the air on the tire and we were told it only had 9 psi of air in it. my husband could of had a bad truck accident and then my invoice showed charges for oil change $32.50 which my truck did not need oil change and if it did they are free for first year

There are only 2 issues I have when I take my vehicle in for service: 1) They always mss with my seat adjustments to the point I can never get it back to normal, and I have no idea why they mess with all the settings, and 2) The car wash they do on the vehicle is terrible and we always have to re-wash the vehicle afterwards.

I went in for a routine car maintenance and no one knew what they were doing. First they tell me to drive through the bay and then try to tell me bye. I had to explain that I had just gotten there. So they had me drive around again. Then they tell me Joe will help you when your car is done. When the car is done I say I need to speak with Joe.... apparently there are 4 different Joe’s and I had to go ask each one if he was the joe I needed.
