I drove over three hours to Larry H Miller American to purchase a handicapped enabled sienna for my daughter after they let me know I was preapproved. We get there and they tell us they sent in a pre approval for a completely different model that was not ada capable and basically told us we needed 10k more after we had an agreement on the phone. I had a scheduled appointment to have my oil changed and an inspection done to my 2018 Toyota 4 Runner. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15 am I dropped off my 4 Runner at 10:00 am and got a call at 4:00 pm that my vehicle was ready. 6 hours later! That was ridiculous, I travel 2 hours to get this service done, and all they could say is that they were shorted staff. You guys need to schedule accordingly. They wouldn’t even lend me a loaner.
