Don't take your vehicle for repairs to American Toyota. We took our Prius in for new brakes and the tech shaved the rotors and put new brakes without consent. We told the Tech supervisor we wanted new brakes and rotors because the rotors were shaved already once. Two months later the rotors warped. We tried to communicate with the new female Service manager and she will not return our phone calls. Beware!! Great service, honest staff who treat you like you're their only customer. The "issue" I was having was sporadic and in addition to my attemtps to explain the symptoms to the service writer...he took meback so I could speak to the tech as well....great 3 way communication. The issue was identified... and FIXED......1st time no problems...just the customary great service. Thank you.

I have always used American Toyota service for my Tacoma and my Lexus, and have had several issues, but I still kept going back thinking it would get better or the issues were resolved. Well now I took my truck in to get the brakes checked/changed. Well they let me leave the dealership with the brakes skipping and I returned it for additional repairs and the brakes are still not right!!! I used Costco Auto program to buy my new Tundra. Chris Peterson was an outstanding sales person. He answered all of our questions. Our truck was not in stock and they had to search for it. I anticipated a month long wait and it turned out to only be about 2 weeks! I had running boards and a bed step installed earlier this week. Parts Department was great and so was the Service Department. If we ever need another vehicle, American Toyota is where we will shop
I work with Richard Geyer for all my needs. He and the dealership always help me with the best and cost efficient work. I have never been disappointed.
