The financing person I worked with, Jessica, was terrible. A literal fast talker. I have excellent credit and they wanted to give me 5.99% interest rate. I asked her to look at Nusenda and she refused. I said the sales guy told me 3-4% with my credit. She put the rate to 3.99% and said they’d call me if they for a lower rate. Yea right! I went in for an oil change at 9:00am. I didn’t ask for any kind of estimate for repairs. I know they were busy but I couldn’t get my car back until after I had been there for 3 & 1/2 hours. They gave me 3 sheets of repairs for over $3,000.00 dollars. I didn’t leave there until 12:30. I was totally overwhelmed by the time I got out of there.

The manager is a bully and the financing department screwed up my paperwork several times. They messed up my co-applicant’s social and had to re-run my credit 5 times. Then they ordered the black plate even though my paperwork was for the green one. I love Toyotas, but I think I will drive to Santa Fe for my next one.

Twice I’ve had issues with the service department. I bought a 2019 Mazda CX-5, and purchased the service agreement. When I took it in for 15,000 mile service, shortly after I left, the oil light came on. I called back to the service department, and they told me I’d have to go to a Mazda dealership to figure out why the light was on. I went to University Mazda, and the only problem was there was not enough oil in the reservoir. They filled it up, and the light went off and stayed off.
