Don’t have much to say about this place
The navigation system was not installed in my car when I picked it up this past weekend. The manager had his team pick up the car from my home, install the navigation system, and return it right back o me Super considerate and convenient.
Worst service dept. Horible experience. Car came back a day late with no call. Sarcastic phone conversation Like I was wrong to call and check in the car situation. Never informed me of what they where doing. Just did it. Charged for oil something but oil cap still has dust on it. If it where opened there should have been prints. I feel ripped off. Very very very unprofessional. Sad. I was excited to get this car but my experience with Mercedes and Lexus service was 100% better. Did I mention when I got there they lost the p... read more
Damian and the service team are pros. Great care and service.
I ordered a new 2018 Velar, they delivered the car, I drove out of the dealership and the wheel flew off the car and I almost died. They did not go out of there way to give me my money back and they are not remorseful nor customer oriented, I would never recommend this dealership!
The customer service here surpasses other dealerships I've been to.
