Horrible service department. Rude and nasty. Once my lease is up I’m going back to Mercedes as I would never get a Land Rover again so to Larchmont/new rochelle staff. Just awful
Went to couple of dealers. Seems like i got a good deal from James Raysor at this dealership compared to other dealers. Also when signing the lease Jose went through gave me all the bits and details about leasing, answering all the questions. The only issue I had was I found it hard to get back with questions I had. But overall I had a positive experience.
