I visited the dealership on two occasions. The first time for a test drive and to gather information. My sales person Ebony provided me with the information and I left and told her I’d get back to her. The next day I returned with my spouse and we made a purchase. The overall process was smooth and Ebony spent the necessary time to answer my questions. Also the finance manager Tamatha made the purchasing process go smoothly. I would definitely return when I’m in the market again.
I went to the service department for the first time this morning as I just moved here. The service advisors were so nice to me. Had a seatbelt buckle that wasn’t functioning. My advisor went out with a flashlight and tool. He walked back in in under 5 minutes and said, “you’re good to go”. No charge. What unbelievable service. Thanks guys. I’ll be back many time.
The sales people are extremely rude not helpful in accommodating and going out of there way for a sale
The sales personnel are what to be expected... The car service maintenance, personnel are exceptional. Look forward to returning and financing a another vehicle
I had a very good experience with Steve Goldsmith. I just got the car last week. He knew the car well and spent time showing me all of the features. In the past this was done very quickly leaving me confused after leaving the dealership but Steve took his time and explained everything.
