After a few emails, Land Rover of Larchmont resolved my concerns. Now I am just waiting on the second key.

I’ve owned about 7 vehicles at this point, 4 of them being luxury vehicles. The process at this dealership has by far been the best one! James (pre-owned sales manager) and Ebony (sales person) we’re so great throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.
I’m sorry to say I’m all my years of leasing cars this was by far the worst experience ever I won’t name names but I never would have used them if it wasn’t for the fact I love the car.
1. I had to wait 3weeks to get a loaner 2. I left my car with the thought i was going to get it the same day, it was not until I called at 4:45 that I was informed that they had to order the part that I had took the car for. 3. Next day I waited for a courtesy called, saying your car is ready. if i didn’t call again at 3:45 they wouldn’t had call me. 4. I returned the car, they did not check the one I returned and I was not given a description of what they did to my range rover. They really need to work on their customer ser... read more
