Very discouraged with business practices of this company at this time In Dec 2016 we met with the Diamond resort team in Sedona with our Parents who had been members for many years and Gold members. We discussed at length the need to help them as they were aging, and needed to transfer to points to ourselves. We signed documents, including notarized items to begin the transfer. beware of the hidden 25% fee if you are late paying! The scammers bury that little bit of info in small print on the back of the bill. I would not do business with this company as they are very unprofessional and a 25% fee is egregious-caveat emptor!

About 4 years ago I stayed at a Diamond Resort in Palm Spring. Since then, I get endless phone calls from the company offering vacation packages - when I asked them to remove me from their list, the telemarketers quickly disconnect, and the call continue. I will never stay there again, and I tell everyone I know about my experience and the endless calls and to NEVER give Diamond Resorts your phone number.

DO NOT trust Karen ******* (XXXXX) with Diamond International Resorts. She completely lied to us in regards to the sampler package. It is a scam!!! I did not read the contract because I trusted what I was being told. There was nearly NO truth to what she explained to us. I will never buy into this company. I am so happy I declined and only ended up with a worthless $4,000 sampler package.

This company lied and screwed me out of $200. When the man that called me said I could be refunded if I paid two hundred for my choice of 16 hotels in the US in the next year I agreed. Two months later after looking at the below average hotels that were part of this I asked for my money back, they refused. So I then tried to book my vacation so that I wouldn't be out money. Their hotels were booked for 6 months out minus a couple of the worst hotels/vacation areas. I booked Vegas but ended up cancelling because I don't even ... read more

Absolute nightmare to deal with. The worst customer service and hidden fees everywhere. Stay far away from them. If they get your phone number the calls never end. They even usually call me at 5am-6:30am because they think everyone live in their timezone! I told them not to call but they just keep doing it, and now i get tons of calls from other telemarketers.

I am not happy with this company. I purchased a "Sampler Package" to vacation with them while with my ex (we were never married). Apparently if my ex does not check in with the vacation booking, I am not allowed to travel with the Sampler Package. Furthermore, she cannot be removed until the entire sum of the amount is paid off. While being on a payment plan with the expiration date of the points the same month as my last payment on the payment plan, I was in a bit of a pickle. Diamond resorts staff are very aggressive, my wife and myself has expirenced very unprofessional behavior working with them during a upgrade meeting. To make a long story short the sells person was highly upset when we refused to purchase an upgraded deal that didn't fit into our financial plan.

The first occurance of this happened in December. I called Diamond, and reported that I received an envelope that was addressed to me, and had my correct address on the label, but the inside information was addressed to someone else. I called Diamond to address this grievance-particularly because it had the man's full name, address and account number. I explained that had this been sent to another person of shady character.
