I called Diamond resort International in order to change my hotel stay as I recently was alerted that one of their locations had BED BUGS. My husband and I are retired and are looking to purchase a timeshare, so I said why not....However what I did not expect was poor and extreme rude customer service from the company representative, Ebony R******* This woman expected me to find out if the hotel had bedbugs for myself by staying there, before coming to the conclusion that there were in fact bedbugs at this facility, raised h... read more

This is the rudest and most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. I have requested for them to add me to their do not call list multiple times and they continue to contact me from different numbers. At this point whenever I answer the phone and inform them that I am currently busy they immediately hang up on me. So frustrating. Businesses like this shouldn't be able to survive.

We have had a time share since 2007 and was recently sold to Diamond Resorts. We have been talking for months about getting rid of our time share and have had to relinquish it (that was the only way out) . It has been paid off for years. We were told we had to paid our yearly fees before we can start the process. We started with phone calls back in Dec. 2016. Our fees are due by Jan 1st and we paid it on Dec. 30 0f 2016. Made the mistake of buying a trial package from them and saw through their long term scam and avoided a time share commitment with them. Could never use the promo packages they had me buy either. Impossible to book, broken down resorts and massive run arounds. Wish I never even spoke to them or heard of them in my life, what a positive nightmare. Perpetual harassment for years and years after you've done any business with them. Horrible people, aggressive and cut throat. I receive up to 3 calls a day from affiliates from Di... read more

Dear BBB of Nevada, I came to Las Vegas May 2016 to try and close out my **** ****** - Diamond Membership. Unfortunately I was informed and advertised that if I convert my 1 week property to the points system, i will be able to have more flexibility on using their resorts AND be able to sell my points membership. The properties are all wonderful but everytime I have used the properties you are pushed hard to sit through another high pressure sales pitch. Once I decided to purchase the payments are difficult to make unless you are prepared to pay the enitre amount due in a very short time. After the due date you cannot make partial payments and talking to "customer service/ financie" you get the feeling that youre' dealing with a collection agency. 1. Last 2016 Christmas Time at ****** Las Vegas Diamond Resort, VIP Checking to FORCE Sale Presentation - Girl said is a Thanks for Your last Purchase on August 2017. We couldn't enjoy peaceful checking because Diamond is Enforce Police. 2. Pentahouse was all wet and we left early based on all inconvenience 3. I stayed in Orlando @ ****** ****** One of the villas had roaches which got in my food before I had a chance to finish eating it. I left the food on the counter covered up(pizza) and went to shower and came back and small roaches was everywhere inside the box. The entire ordeal made me sick to my stomach and resulted to me being up all night. This is the type of company's that will ruin your vacation and they star with the concierge at the hotel promising gifts like $100 or a trip and lock you into a sales meeting with a scammer, They tell you that they will tske one a$40 deposit in case we miss the meeting and keep the gifts they charge my credit card 3 $40 fees and they clear they after pending when they were suppose to be cancel after we spend 5 hours on a meeting they promover to be 90 min.
