By far the worst experience at a hotel/resort in my adult life. ********* Va Beach. "We love to say yes" we heard all no's . Military family of 5 and was put up in a room the size of our master bathroom. We offered to pay more money so that we wouldn't be sleeping on top of each other but we weregiven the run around. Dryer on our floor was broken ( no signs saying such) and therefore my wife had to go down two levels with loads of wet clothes to access a working dryer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DIAMOND RESORT! I purchased THE SAMPLER from Diamond Resort but it turns out to be a complete scheme. I was told so many lies such: 1. i can have access to any of their top resorts almost any time of the year but in reality i only have access to a total number of about 30 2-3 star hotels that had nothing to do with the catalog that was given to me. 2. $3,000 package /15,000 points/ i will have roughly 28 to 35 nights total which turned out to be a lie again.
