When I go there its a terrible experience. Even if you make an appointment you still have to wait 2 hours to be seen. They have 1 person doing everything. Stop being so cheap and hire more staff
Worst place with your LabCorp check in xpress. Have been to 2 facilities with same problem. Walked out after 1 hour wsiting on YOUR NEW machine to let talk to a person. As now your lab personnel cannot talk until your machine okays it. We're military and WILL make sure to inform friends and family to seek Quest or Hospital lab facilities, since we all have other things to do.
I am sitting in the waiting area of LabCorp on Alston Ave. In Fort Worth to drop off a specimen. Instead of taking my specimen, I am out in the queue with the patients having tests done. The worst customer service!!!! My doctor will not be allow to use this lab again!
Went to the lab for routine work. The person there was all alone handling the desk an blood draws. She was very rude and rushed. Unable to help some people who were elderly with the kiosk. She put up a written on paper sign the said she was closed for lunch because she had no one to cover for her. She also required that we pay an estimated copay up front. I guess I will be going to Quest Labs it is the only other lab in town.
This is absolutely ridiculous. i have been waiting 1 hour to pee in a cup. i am pregnant and Cant just hold it til they are ready to get off there butts and decide they want to take patients. if this wasnt for a job id walk out!! get it together and hire GOOD people who actually want to earn a paycheck!
First of all, you have a line of people waiting to check in to a EXPRESS KIOSK. This is not express!! Secondly, the technicians are allowing people to jump in front of other people who have been sitting here waiting. WTH !!!! Many people sitting here are getting pissed off including myself. I was here at 750am. This lab opens at 8am since it’s Saturday. You have had people here since 730 waiting!!!!!

RecommendedI go to the Chilllicothe Ohio location, and love it. The worker Karen is the best, never hurts me. Always polite and friendly. I recommend her to everyone
