Their computer systems are constantly down, they don't communicate when blood tests don't get run or get misplaced, completely inefficient. Just another giant conglomerate whose primary goal is to cut costs at any expense.
should say Some where that drug tests need to be done half hr before closing. hours say 730-12 And 1-4. I get there at 11:35 And she tells me to come back at 1. it wastes people's time and all I need to do is pee in a cup. come on!
I was at Labcorp in Whiting, NJ this morning. An elderly woman was there as a caregiver for her husband. it took her several minutes to get him in and settled with his walker. when she had difficulty with the kiosk and requested assistance, she was told"you'll have to come back." is this how we treat patients with special needs now? Navigate independently or you're denied care? Disgusted.

Unprofessional, rude and borderline abusive
Got here at 7. Not open doors until 7:15. And they didn’t even apologize. At 7.20 still not seeing patients.
I have not been able to get a life insurance policy because of the ineptitude of this company!! My life insurance company has requested 3 times that they order my blood work and every time Lab Corp tells them that they already have it and that they will send it over, they send it to them and it is empty!! It has no information in the report! Three times they have sent to my insurance company my PLANK blood test results!! So finally my insurance company just eliminated me from my family policy.
