New Rochelle, NY location does not stay open at the posted hours, will close earlier.
the hours posted are wrong. Says 7 online, 8 on the phone, but they open at 9! This is way late for a fasting blood test.
this place have no order, no structures, the staff out of control. no one cares about you. no one at the front desk to even ask how may I help you (meaning the people sits there but act like they dont see you. everyone leaving for lunch at the same time. this the providence hospital location. i would not recommend this place at all. serive herr is horrible
LabCorp should consider complying with CAP standards, principles of Infection control, and HIPAA rules. That would be a nice change!
RecommendedI love LabCorp and I use them often. As a CF patient, it’s life changing to have a company paired with your insurance, scattered across the states, readily available. It’s also much cheaper than most facilities. I do, however, wish LabCorp would change the time frame to match its accuracy regarding opening hours at the Lutherville Maryland location.
