I don’t recommend anything. Recent patient at St Vincent’s hospital, Worcester, MA. The phlebotomy staff there were horrendous! I have large bruises from the multiple draws done over a 24hr period. Not a single tech was successful on the first attempt. NOT ONE! The nurse in the ED didn’t a beautiful stick and nurses are not known for their drawing skills. And then there’s the lack of personality......
Worst ever...I have a port they can't access my port..Blew my veins trying to get blood ..They need a courier to pick up my blood from my infusion center..No Answers from anyone....

the problem is the 1st impression us just awful. No one wants to help and from what I witnessed these kiosk are always broke. The rep who did my paper work is just unpleasant and shouldn't work with people. I'm hoping my next round of bloom work can be done at my physician office and I don't have to come back to the Bala location
Recommendedpatient service was excellent.. definitely recommend making appointment.
The location closest to me always makes my husband give a credit card, when you do not have to. When I call customer service they say you don't and they will tell that location again no cc is needed. Yet he goes back and they do the same thing. It's ridiculous and you need to train your employees better.
Checked in over 90 min. No appt but seriously no idea how long you have to wait. Poor system! Makes DMV look like model of efficiency
