So can anyone tell me why it takes more than 2 days to get CBC results. My blood was picked up Thursday July 12 at 3:00 and today is Saturday and no results.
Fix your website to get appointments. Fix your phone system to get appointments. Get your staff to organize themselves better, and keep people from waiting forever for a visit. What a terrible place!
You call. no one answers except recording, saying leave your number & they'll call back. They don't. Called again. Same thing. Done with them. They suck!!!

What compensation do I get for you sending my health information to the wrong fax number? So... Despite a myself, a nurse, and a doctor telling you the correct fax number you sent them to God knows where. Do I need to get HIPAA involved? Or do we bring this to court? PS love how this Jersey number doesn't work...
If you want people to pay on-line, you should not shut down the "patient portal" for maintenance day after day .....

I went to do my drug test and I got my results back saying I had cocaine in my urine how is that possible if I don't snort cocaine or do any kind of drugs. I believe they switched my urine.
Rude. As soon as you walk in the door you get yelled at to sign in at the kiosk. I had a question after I signed in, no one is at the front desk and when someone does show up, I get yelled at again to sign in at the kiosk. Someone just wanted to drop off a specimen, they get yelled at to sign in at the kiosk. Then they waited 30 minutes before they could drop it off and the only reason he was able to finally drop it off was bc we were overheard talking about how stupid this situation is.
