Labcorp Apex is the worst. Why does it take 30 minutes to draw blood? Your customer is chatty and you have a room full of people, you excuse yourself. Good grief.

Labcorp lied and said that my insurance denied a claim due to "patient not eligible" when the insurance actually paid the claim. Then Labcorp tried to double charge both my insurance and me personally for the invoices. Had to fax Insurance EOB forms to Labcorp to prove it. We will see what happens.

Sat waiting for almost an hour, and y'alls really going to refuse to accept my payment? I guess I won't be getting any more bills from y'all?

I use 3 places to have labs done and all of them use labcorp. The first mishap with labcorp was I paid for the labs through my Dr but labcorp kept sending ME bills. I called them and they refused to do anything but be rude and quiet frankly assanine. They sent bills for almost a year and only after my Dr threatened to no longer use them did they stop sending me a bill for what was already paid for. The lab I had done cost $28 through this Dr but the labcorp bill was $90. Second time with another Dr 2-3 yrs later same lab was... read more

I took my father to LabCorp to get some labs done for the doctor. The doctor had told me not to go there, but I did anyway because I liked the staff. That is probably the only office in the country where you can get in and out in under 5 minutes without an appointment. But that day, they had a new girl. For about 15 minutes I had to argue with her about billing. She said there were only two options, Cash or bill the doctor. Now I know why the doctor said not to go beca...Continue Reading

Wish I could rate this company far less. The Tampa location has to be about the worst place ever. Shaunti & Lisa are the dumbest reps I’ve ever dealt with.

1 Star is too many and would give too much reward for the nonsense that occurs in these offices. 11am drug test appointment for employment and seen over an hour later. I’ve never seen so many incompetent workers in one place. Appointments take precedence over walk ins, end of story. Want to reimburse me for the $180 it cost me to get my car back after it was towed from being in the office so long for something that should have taken 20 minutes max.

I'm at the LabCorp here in Ormond Beach, FL and the people here are so rude. Some of the older people here don't know how to work the check in table's and no one will come out and help them. The lady behind the desk is so horrible.
