Paid in full for blood work in cash. Received a bill for the full amount 2 months later, and seem unable to contact location in Ocala, FL I visited to resolve the issue. Awful experience. Will never use Lab Corp again.
"Shanice" a billing, phone agent was HORRIBLE. I called in with my insurance provider, Blue Shield of CA, to dispute a billing that my insurance company had no knowledge of. The smarmy "Shanice" was very unprofessional, insisting we call a third party billing company that my insurance company had done business with. I *totally love* how passive aggressive and demeaning their phrasing is if you haven't gotten around to paying a bill yet (for instance, the bill for my service getting lost in the mail so I only got the subsequent one). Lots of backhanded comments about an individual's delinquincy and "gross irresponsibility"..... I'd love to tell whoever drafted the letter they mail out exactly where they can put their freaking sixty bucks. They will hold you results hostage if you have and outstanding balance.
Most horrific and poorly run company in America! Sad how we allow these companies to monopolize a particular area of business when they are not worthy to be in business at all! Called corporate and no reaping a week after being traumatized by a phlebotomist who has no business drawing blood! I have pictures of how she made me bleed profusely and the huge hematoma and cut she left on my arm !
They keep billing me and not my insurance. For days I cannot get anyone on the phone because they are closed because of bad weather. And I also can’t submit my insurance info online again because their website is down. Can anyone help me?
