Laziest employees ever, now they have kiosks. Ask a question about the process and they come from the back, click restart on the whole process.
2 hour wait at lab corp...you're new system must be saving you mega cash and really increasing profits.
9 o’clock appointment...arrived at 840 to find 8 people waiting. Did not even get to sign the handwritten, open on the counter sign in sheet until 855! What happened to HIPAA? 929 now and my name still not even acknowledged!
St Mary's, GA ... Was just in there to get bloodwork done for my dr. The girl working there was RUDE, no greeting just "ID, Insurance and Credit or Debit Card" and then once back there she barked instructions like she was talking to a criminal! Did not appreciate this experience at all!
Labcore in Lawrenceville has a new system. First off, most people that come for blood work are elderly. The kiosks are made for people that are 4 feet tall with 20.20 vision. You seemed to have fired your office help and replaced with these stupid kiosks took the humans place. What, you don t make enough profit? There were only 7 people waiting and it took well over an hour. I hope you go out of business! I've never liked this place and now, I hate it.
Labcorp is the biggest scam on the planet. If you have no insurance, they literally charge 10 times as much as they pay the insurance company. They have no issues what-so-ever gouging the customer. They will tell that's just too bad. This is why medical costs are so high. They are nothing but a huge scam. There needs to be competition. I will never use them again! I would give them a zero star if possible. There is a class action lawsuit over this.
Awful there is a self check in which should automatically let them know that u are here! I was just told and rudely after waiting for 45 mins I should have checked in AGAIN at front desk . as labquest. I checked in at 1140 for my 1145 appt it’s now 1244. I went to d sky to inquire and was told I should have checked in again receptionist is rude. They are slovenly rude and really don’t care the LabCorp on University ave, Tamarac.
