Slow as molasses at the Mansfield, Ohio location! The employees just chat away & drag along.
WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. They stated they would break the law, hung up on me and messed up services and refuse to fix. Stay away from these cons!
Fraudulent billing to my insurance company who denied my claim. Now Labcorp is sending me to collection. Contacting my State Attorney General's office.
No health insurance, doctor sent labwork to Labcorp. Now I have a $700 bill and no one at Labcorp can tell me why it costs that much. Labcorp is a despicable company, putting profit over human lives.
Blood, urine, stool, ect. are qualified as biohazardous material. HOW THE HELL do you manage to LOSE BIOHAZARDOUS samples?
Labcorp customer service never gets back to you when you contact them. I have been having problems with their website, trying to get my lab results for 2 weeks.
Toledo Ohio location is horrible and the rude ass chic who works there April needs a new job, she is the rudest human alive, very unprofessional!
Terrible!!!! And now when I read old and new employees, I know why! Ignorant!
