DO NOT GO TO LABCORP. I had a lab order from my physician that had the CPT code written on it and sent to the facility. Once it reached Labcorps hands they decided to change the CPT code and due to this upcharged me for the test they did. When I called to state this I was given circle answers and rude supervisors who told me they can't change CPT codes. When I told them in fact they did change it, they continued to state their policy. they don't answer their phones. Ever. And you can't leave a voicemail. If you want to ask a question of any clinic staff (at least in the Phoenix area), you must go to the clinic in person.
Impossible to deal with!! I don't know how I'm ever going to get registered on their website or view my lab results. I don't know why they have to make everything so difficult.
Over an hour and a half wait for simple blood work. The staff was extremely unhurried, as patients left in disgust. Hire staff already! Looking for a different lab to use next time. Never again.
Most unprofessional company ever. I had two different lab orders from two different doctors. They did one and just decided apparently they didn't want to do the second one. Now I have to take off work again to have same lab work done. Apparently they have very incompetent lab technicians. This is not the first time this has happened. Customer service had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. When I proceeded to ask my question, she acted like I just asked her the worlds' dumbest question and how could I not know how a certain test I needed was performed. She was awful and rude. Then once I got to the location I needed to go to, I was told that when I called they hung up on me because it's busy and they can't be answering the phone. Really?! Poor customer service here! They don't collect Insurance information from patients when they show up and then want to charge the wrong patients for the bill. A company which does not care
unable to access records using their portal and customer service did not create a ticket to call me back about the issue
