Made an appointment in line for Sunday. Fasted, arrived, checked in on mobile device only to find out they are closed! Will be asking my physician for a different lab!
Techs should be polite!!!
Staff member was extremely unprofessional as well as tried to tell me I was in the wrong place. She got irritated that I did not have paperwork and scolded me for not having printed it out because apparently having a copy on your phone in 2019 isn't good enough for her to write down the number she needed from the form. The 10 minutes I was there she also refused to look up information and pay a bill for someone and turned her away. Mt Airy, NC

First of all , you like to hide not a phone number to be seen . I'd like to be able to talk to a body not a computer . It's about your offices. There are machines to sign in on , and they do not work NEVER ! , and we could go on from there . Pesronal changes like water running out of a faucet , and today was no exception . Will you have the guts to answer this ?? I don't think so ! My next call is my insurance company
