I took my 14 year old son to LabCorp in Haddon Heights, NJ this morning. He had to have 10 tubes of blood taken and had to be fasting. Needless to say, he was very lightheaded midway through. His phlebotomist, Jay, was the most compassionate, kind person I have ever encountered at a LabCorp. Not only was he excellent at his job, and breezed through all the tubes without any pain , he also talked to my son the whole time, trying so hard to keep his mind off of what was going on. We ended up being there over 30 minutes and mem... read more

When I went to the Dunkirk MD location today, the woman at check in just yelled "Check in at the kiosk" which wasn't the warmest welcome ever. Then as I'm waiting in the lobby, she is blasting YouTube videos on her phone and burping extremely loud. She rushed the bloodwork and then after the blood was drawn, she just said "have a nice day". I felt like the fact that I came in was a burden on her and that she couldn't wait for me to leave. LabCorp can do much better.

The company has updated using keosks to gather your information so that they can run with minimal staff. Having said that the staff that is there is condescending and does not want to speak with any patient for any reason. Taking the humans out of the office takes the compassions out of health care. I work in a doctor’s office and if we treated patients like lab foot does none of us would have a job. I only come here because my insurance has contracted me to. Not happy.

The office at 5 East 98th st. not only didn't complete my bloodwork correctly but then lied about why the mistake happened to my doctor's office. I find their behavior to be absolutely egregious, no one at the location bothers to pick up, and of course there's no actual customer service phone number where you can lodge a complaint. I have extreme anxiety regarding bloodwork, it took me out of me to get myself to actually have it done and now I have to do it again. I will never go back to this office, which also sucks, becaus... read more
