A one-hour wait with a room full of people (forget the 6 ft. rule) and rude staff just to get blood drawn in the Mechanicsville Branch.
They are terrible, should close it.
Alamo Office is really helpful. My review of their customer service representatives in the call center. They always open late. They do not listen. They talk loudly almost shouting. They shut the phone your face. Ignorance is terrible
