My current complaint is with their utter non-responsiveness. To my surprise, they billed me $29.05 for lab work I thought I'd fully paid for. I messaged them at their own website asking about it. Having received no response, nine days later, at the "feedback" link at their website, I asked the same questions. NO RESPONSE TO EITHER COMMUNIQUE TO DATE. Hire a professional, competent office staff. The lab techs are fine but the people up front are horrible and have been for years. Hate to do it because you're closer, but I'm going back to Quest Diagnostics. LabCorp is just too unprofessional.
@lab Corp in White Marsh, MD. Horrible. Just horrible. I need blood work and a urine sample. They refuse to take blood before the urine sample. I was told to sit in the waiting room until I have to pee. Are you kidding me? Just sit out there and wait. Meanwhile, the employees in the back are laughing and carrying on about people driving and how they park.
