Faster lab results.. our former lab had our lab results within 2 days 3 days tops, its been 6 days since my labs were drawn, still nothing.. LabCorps suck

Poor customer service at the Florence SC Cashua Dr location. I walked in (from out of town) at 4:02 and they refused to do my urine test for school bc they "stop at 4pm". There were no patients in the lobby and 2 employees who were chatting when I walked in (receptionist and an employee who took off to the back when I walked in). 3rd time there and dissatisfied each time.

When I went to Metro lab in moline I didn’t realize at the time it was now owned by labcorp, I guarantee I will never return! The kiosk check in is ridiculous! Why am I doing your employees job? I do not work for you so why did I do your employees jobs including scanning in my insurance card? This was the first and last visit I will ever make to your company! How can you expect people to do your employees jobs?

Avoid this company if at all possible, for some reason they’re unable to properly bill insurance and I’m stuck with a huge bill for blood work ordered by my doc. This is frustrating, but what’s more frustrating is that I’m on a payment plan paying for said huge bill and lab Corp thinks it’s cute to still send me to collections.

This is not about lab work, but about their Patient Portal (to retrieve test results). I've tried to sign in to my account, and I've sent my Verify-ID form to two different people. I was able to change my password successfully (or so the response tells me), but when I go to sign in, the response is that "Either the email address or the password is incorrect." Well, the email address isn't wrong, because they wouldn't have been able to send a "reset code" to me. Someone in IT needs to fix whatever's wrong with their web site.... read more
