They do not have accessibility features for the disabled in their automated checkin process. Staff would not help either when blind person had to check in and could not use kiosk

1) Hire better equipped, friendlier front desk people.(Thank you very much, Stankface). 2) Don't accept doctor's orders if you CANNOT perform lab testing , at the ALREADY NEGOTIATED CONTRACTED price, that my Medicare supplement insurance said they will pay. There are other companies that can follow this logic. Quest is an option.

when the corporate website would not allow me to make a timely appointment , I called my local LabCorp early and was told to come in immediately--7:15am . Michelle was understanding, agreeable and professional in the execution of her duties. Shame on the corporate scheduling system. Do not believe when they say " the office time is booked", it is not necessarily true. I have 6 mo. regular blood workups after a cancer operation and the info. needs to get to the oncologist.

Sitting in LabCorp for an hour watching workers move at a snails pace. Trying to get a student into school timely but must have a fasting blood test. For a place that “Draws blood” how can you have only one technician working and move this slow???? Every.single.time.

Stopped in on Oct 29 at about 9 am in Ardmore, Pa. The attendant was rude. It took four minutes to fill two viles. It usually takes 30 seconds. With the needle in my arm I nicely asked if there was some problem. She snaps back, “how should I know. I’m not your body.” She then grunted as I left. You know some people have real anxiety over blood draws. I am not one of them. But if I was she would have sent me over the edge. Nice representation of you company. I am also reporting her to the state and to My insurance carrier.
