Insane billing! I had a routine blood test done about 2 weeks ago. I just received the bill and immediately almost passed out at the price. Over 1000 bucks for 1 blood test. Not a big deal i was told. It shouldn't be too much the doctor said, but their main lab couldn't do the test so it had to be sent to LabCorp. I just finished up a conversation with them which didn't help at all since it was just a customer service rep who didn't have authority to really do anything. When I was asked to speak to their supervisor in order ... read more

I went to LabCorp for blood tests. I was 25, out of a job, living with my parents, practically disabled. I sold my car, which I couldn't afford to have fixed anyway, to pay for the tests. On the day of the tests I got the amount due at the counter, didn't have quite enough – my car had only sold for $200, so I had to ask my grandmother to help with the rest, which wasn't much. I returned inside and paid up-front, cash, and made the massively huge mistake of telling the receptionist I did not need my receipt. She tossed it. T... read more

In my opinion this is one of the most disorganized businesses I have encountered in a long time. I work with an employer and needed to set up an authorization for examination. You can't do that by calling their locations directly. When I called their ID location an automated teller said to go to their website or call customer service **** **** *** ** ************) to set up an account. So I opted to talk to a person. I called them at about 11:00 on Monday. When I told them I would like to schedule and applicant for an appoin... read more

I feel like I was just sent back to fairytale land, you all know where everything has a happy ending every time and nothing is real; because I just can't believe that the BBB would be so irresponsible to actually give Labcorp (and I haven't even checked *****yet) a B+ rating. I almost fell on the floor which shock and utter disbelief and I'm being perfectly serious because Labcorp and ***** are the very worse labs in the USA. Their tests are unreliable, especially when a lab tests are done and results come back with a #, exc... read more

This company commits insurance fraud. I have a review out with the Texas Department of Insurance for this exact reason. They take your panel of labwork and separate them each into their own charge, which is considered "unbundling" and is a form of insurance fraud. I also don't understand their rating on BBB if all reviews are negative. Anyway, do not conduct business with these people. They don't even care that I am called them out on their practices. They continue to send me $1500 bills after already paying a separate bill ... read more

They are a horrible company to deal with! They have sent me letters, in over trying to get me to pay them! They sent me a final notice, I told them to take it, turn it sideways, and go stick it, where the sun does not shine! I try to call them, but you have to wait, ten to fifteen minutes, before, you get a live answer! Don't ever do labs with them, they're horrible!

WOW! I had to change doctors so my Doctor did a "wellness" check up. My insurance covers the visit so I did not think it was a big deal. In the "wellness" checkup they had me go to a nurse in the office to draw blood. Next thing I know is I get an Invoice from Lab Corp to pay $638.00. Payable upon receipt. So Lab Corp has no obligation to inform patient the tests and the cost for each test? This is the biggest rip off and abuse I had ever seen in all my years when it comes to medical billing. Scam

I went to Labcorp in Salem, VA for a routine immune system test. They drew blood and sent the results for the wrong test to the wrong doctor. I spoke to the manager, who admitted the staff that day performed the wrong test. He corrected the problem and had the correct tests run. Now the billing office has billed me for the incorrect test. When I asked the billing office to contact my doctor and the manager at the Salem location, the billing office refused, saying they don't contact managers at their satellite offices. They r... read more
