Beware! Make sure you understand what your doctor orders for you labs. Veronica (at the Arcadia location)was inefficient and negligent. The doctor had ordered one 24 urine collection. She misread or did not understand the order and told me that I had to do two. When I questioned her BC I normally only do one, she became very agitated. Is this the health care I deserve? Please respect the time of the patients you are providing health care to. Shame on you.

This Company should not be allowed to do business in the US. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. After getting past due notices for a lab test I paid the bill to protect my credit rating. The insurance later paid the lab test and now the lapcorp company refuses to refund my money. This is a lesson for others, do not trust this company. Do not pay a past due notice if you believe your insurance will pay later.

I recently had bloodwork and another test done at Labcorp. They LOST, YES LOST, my tests and had no record of me coming in at all. This resulted in my having to take another day off work, come in again, get poked again, wait for results I'm desperately needing, etc. But they didn't lose the bill that came along with the double testing. We won't be paying it and I will come revise my review depending on how that escalates. This company is more incompetent than my trash can. I would give negative stars if I could.

They are absolute thieves. They have been gouging the American public for years. In a nutshell, use another testing company. Save yourself a ton of money.

This company's practices border on fraud. Was quoted $0.00 out-of-pocket for a MaterniT21 PLUS Core test. Received an invoice for $698.00 after the test was performed. Per my insurance company (*****) LabCorp would have had full access to all info regarding coverage and discounts prior to providing the quote. In fact ***** also advised that coverage for this type of testing is governed by plan type (***** Open Access Plus) and is employer agnostic. I have been an RN for more than 30 years and have never had such poor service on labs and turn around times. I have now had to spend more than $300 to get a result they should have completed within 48 hours. I now have lost an opportunity for employment and completion of my education since they have been unable to send the results that were completed to my provider. I am very disappointed with the billing department of Lab Corp. My husband had bloodwork done in Alabaster, AL, on 1-9-2019. Two of the line items were denied coverage by ********, amounting to $194. unpaid. This was due to a coding error. When we received a notice from Lab Corp, I took it to our doctor's office. I went to the LabCorp location in Encinitas, CA on July 9, 2019. They seemed extremely unorganized and took over 30 minutes to just check me in. That should have been my first clue to go somewhere else. When I was called back, the person taking my 8 vials of blood took quite a while on the computer and appeared to be searching codes on google. That should have been my next clue to go somewhere else. Horrible experience! Will NEVER go back!! Two staff members were extremely rude and disrespectful to me in front of my children. I was sent to the lab to have blood drawn at a very specific time for a test that required my blood to be drawn within an hour. The front desk lady was so rude and instead of listening to my concerns sod instructed me to sit down.
