I had an 8:00m appointment for blood work and arrived at 7:45 am to find the LabCorp location locked even though the posted hours stated an opening time of 7:30am. There were 4 other people waiting in the parking lot. I was finally able to contact LabCorp customer service and they had to send a manager from another location to open up. Minus 10,000 rating For about the 8th time this place has billed my CHILD and have threatened to send her too collections! She is not of legal age to be responsible for a bill. But these nit wits cant understand that.

The Auburn Hills location is the closest LabCorp I have access to from Warren, MI. It was a 30+ minute drive for me, and I barely missed traffic that would've made it into a 40 minute trip. For pre-employment, I was required to visit a LabCorp for urine drug screening. I scheduled my appointment online on Thursday, May 30th after business hours for 4:00 PM on Monday, June 3rd. lab Corp and extort money out your customers by luring them by offering them a fake discounts and sending bills to wrong address and then saying there’s nothing you can do about charging me 1000$ for late payment months later. Keep the scams going! Bravo!

Had an appointment for 8:30 but had to wait 35 minutes anyway. They took people without appointments before me (I looked at their list on my way in.) This was at the Toms River Oak Street Labcorp. I asked the clerk why the long wait. She said they were short staffed. I asked about the appointment. She said I was taken in the correct order. (She lied but I knew continuing the conversation wouldn't do any good.

Learn how to communicate to billing inquiries. You can't just silently strongarm your customers with more and more threatening bill via mail and not be able to produce an answer as to why there are multiple bills for one signed piece of paper.

I went to one of their labs in Florida. I told them I had **** ***** **** ****** insurance. They did not tell me that they were not a preferred provider and in fact have no relationship with them. They did the testing then tried to bill my insurance which of course would not pay. They charged me six times as much as My insurance would have payed in Maryland where they are a preferred provider. I know they knew that my insurance would not cover it but they took my blood anyway. To me this is a total scam rip off

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. TERRIBLE service. I was shouted at and hung up on for asking questions on the phone. They made it extremely clear that they had no interest in making sure I was an informed patient nor did they have time to answer even basic questions (is this a finger prick? Or is it a bigger blood draw?).

If I could give no stars I would. My appointment was at 12:30, I checked in at 12:25. No one came to get anyone or talk to anyone. There were at least 3 people behind the counter then they disappeared. I have had this appointment for 2 weeks. When someone finally came back (12:55) i asked her when they would start taking people, her name was Rena (sp?), she was rude and said the computers just went down.
