My in network doctor submitted a sample to them but they were out of network. I was never told nor did I agree to pay for this. There is a NYS Surprise Bill Law which they have broke and refuse to put this claim as noncollectable as OON.

I am the last person waiting for my lab work. Another individual is at the service window. I observed 6 people being helped and leaving while waiting. After 10 minutes, the customer at the service window was still there and I am waiting my turn. I asked why my paper work was not being called. Clerk advised that the patient at the window had over 100 appointments that needed to be made. They only WAIT on one at a time. When asked how long ,the clerk said it could take an hour. Labcorp is vastly understaffed and you can expect a long wait. They don't take patients in first come first serve basis.My particular experience was horrible. After waiting 30 minutes to give the receptionist the order from my doctor for blood work I was told she did not have to wait on me. Unprofessional business that should not be in business.

LabCorp is the most unpleasant laboratory in America. Reported me to credit bureaus for a balance that was paid off, then sent me a refund check - but they still caused a harm to me & my credit history. NEVER USE LABCORP. Run away!

Laboratory Corporation of America keeps sending bills in my children's names (who are under 10) and they send them with the title of "Collections" even though it's just their regular billing department. I've also received many bills for one service. This company has a lot of misleading practices.

LabCorp shouldn't be in business. After ripping me off for simple blood test, now I refuse to take any test with them, I ask my Dr's to refer me to another lab. They send me a bill for $2000 expecting me to pay it over night. I've been paying it off but they sent me to collection. They SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

LabCorp charges ridiculously high prices for simple labs. Their customer service representatives are completely unsympathetic to the financial difficulties they cause customers. Too many customers have to waste so much time just to get simple actions completed. I hope to never deal with this company again. I wish they would remove the word America from their name as they do not represent it well.... 6 is the number of art classes I would have to teach to be able to pay for a blood draw that took less than 2 minutes. NEGATIVE. So I go to LabCorp this morning for some blood work and am greeted with "you have a past due balance of $37.30" to which I replied "your *** I do". A little investigative work on my part revealed that the past due bill actually belongs to someone with my same name and date of birth that lives in Fort Worth, Texas (I live in Delaware). A call to LabCorp billing revealed that any past due amount is billed to anyone in their system with the same name and date of birth and they won't clear it off of my account. ***kind of system... read more
