nurse was nice, but rest of experience horrendous. I switched Dr.s and they sent me to labcorp for routine blood test i had done every 90 days for the last 2 years (for AIC) upon checking in I asked the employee what the cost would be as i wanted to make sure it was no higher than what i had always paid at my primary care Drs office. They ran my Insurance card and produced a paper saying my estimated responsibility would be 40.00. I agreed to have them draw blood, and they asked me if I wanted to pay on the spot. I asked to ... read more

I plan to boycott LabCorp from this moment forward. After my horrid experience, I googled around about LabCorp and I can see so many people dissatisfied with their experiences. Clearly, I am not alone. There is even an entire webpage dedicated to how much Labcorp sucks which made me smile. I had blood taken and had orders for a 24-hour urine sample which I turned into the LabCorp on Binz street in Houston (77006) - I took the specimen collection home and followed the instructions. Today around 2:15 pm I brought it back to dr... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid my bill, then they spend months harassing me telling me that I haven't. They sent me a letter threatening to lower my credit score if I didn't pay immediately. I called to dispute this and the customer service agent on the phone was the rudest person I have ever encountered. He treated me negatively, and refused to listen to anything I said. I asked him if there was an e-mail address I could send proof of my payment to dispute this charge and he laughed at me. He refused to give me ... read more

I am letting the public know of issues with this company of billing me and threatening collections efforts of a bill that has already been paid. I have received a bill for $4.93 which I paid through my HSA account back in October. When I received a past due notice I called my HSA which gave me the check date, check number and the date the check was cashed by Labcorp In turn Labcorp is stating they can’t find the check. They keep sending me letter that this is in internal collections three times. Every time I receive a collec... read more

Lab Corporation charges an absurd amount for their tests. I spent hours on the phone with my prescribing physician as well as insurance and when I called Lab Corp (because they were the ones billing me) they were unhelpful and told me that I had dispute the charges with my insurance. I do not suggest going through this company for any lab work. Check with your doctor before they prescribe any lab work to ensure it’s notnwith lab corporations.

I went in to have some blood testing done, and when the man stuck me with the needle to draw blood he hit one of the nerves in my arm. Even after I told him I was in excruciating pain and on the brink of tears, he left the needle in place, saying he was getting blood from it, implying that it didn't matter how much pain he caused. By the time the blood had been drawn, I was in tears and all the staff could manage was a meager, "I'm sorry". No one ever checked on me or inspected my arm to see if I was okay. It doesn't seem li... read more

I will insist that any future lab work is not done with Labcorp. If I need to change doctors or go to a new facility then so be it! I will NEVER use them in a non Emergency situation again. All over $20. I don’t understand how medical services are able to do test and then tell people AFTERWARDs that your insurance doesn’t cover that.

The lady who did my blood work was nice and good at her job. The billing process was not so good. When i checked in, I was told I had to give my credit card and that it would be charged if i owed money. Ok. Apparently there was an option that I could get my bill and pay later. I was not told this. I checked my bank account today(a month after the service and I haven't received a bill yet) and money was taken out of my account. The whole of the money I supposedly owed. With no warning and it was surprising to me. I would have... read more

Went here for a drug screen and the phlebotomist lied and stated that i put water in my sample, which in return caused me to not get the job. I went to the location located in Griffin, Ga 30223. I requested a investigation into the matter. This is ridiculous. Needs to be either closed down or restaffed.
