Billed a different amount than told. They would not let us pay the out of pocket price instead which was HALF what we were billed. (Billed $2k!). Customer service representatives were extremely rude and uppity... I will always ask to use ****** *****or a different laboratory in the future...! HORRIBLE experience. Hate this company.

Crooks or incompetents? I was sent three bills in three days for nearly $1500 in lab tests. These are tests I have done routinely and are covered by insurance. I was frantic with worry and had to wait three days to call insurance. When I did insurance reassured me the tests were indeed fully covered except my copay but that LabCorps had submitted the paperwork to **** ***** **** ****** and not ****** **********. Insurance said they had contacted LabCorps and asked them to resubmit correctly. LabCorps, when i called them , de... read more

Called Customer Service for incorrect Billing Invoice. They said that they are correct and ******** and my insurance company are wrong. Asked them to review charges and they told me that I have to do it and prove that they are wrong. No one from LabCorp would check their charges, but I went to ******** and they proved that LabCorp charged me twice for the same test. 7 calls to their Customer Service, and it may now be fixed. Unacceptable!

This place has the worst people they all act like they don’t want to be there, are very rude and unprofessional. The doctor that I spoke to was rude and raised his voice the worst person I have ever delt with. The unprofessional people at this place made me uncomfortable and I wish no one had to go through this place. I never write reviews but for this place I just had to literally the worst people.!

Blood test list prices are somewhere near 5-7x what my insurance company pays, for a quarterly list price of $373.00. It seems that my insurance plan's total price is a bit higher than my co-pay. What happens when I can't afford the excellent top-level insurance plan that my employer pays a lot for (and so do I, about $200 a month for me and my wife). Or worse, some silly politician revokes the precondition clause to "help business trim costs"? The service is otherwise efficient, and seems somewhat consistent, but I don't ha... read more

I have had several issues with the company trying to overcharge me as well as them not properly filing with insurance. My insurance companies have had to contact them on multiple occasions for multiple bills. To this day I am currently fighting them on a bill and have been for over six months. They claim that my insurance paid them yet my balance did not change they also never filed with one of my insurances on one bill. My insurance has paid them yet they claim they did not.

This is for the Lab Corp in Monterey, CA, however they are not listed separately of the headquarters. Twice we had to take our newborn in for a blood draw and both times the result of the test came back as inconclusive because they failed to draw a large enough specimen, even though the technician assured us he had enough. We are taking our business elsewhere and will never go to one of their facilities again.

I work in a clinic and interact with Labcorp daily. We send them patient specimens. We are former clients of PAML and had to change since Labcorp purchased PAML (I wish this never happened). Since the switch, our experience has been nothing but horrible. Labcorp has lost patient specimens. They take days to weeks to report results and if there is an issue, no phone call is made to correct it. You just get a fax saying the test cannot be ran due to the sample expiring ( because they didn’t bother to call a week ago to get eit... read more

This has to be the most criminal company that is prying on people to obtain thair healthcare information and charge them an obscene amount. Was told it was a $45 test. Which turned out to be an $145 test...when THEN turned into an additional 101.83 on that!! I WAS CHARGED 246.83 for a test that was supposed to be $45 out of pocket costs. THis place is a SCAM!!! I will NEVER use ANY medical place with out looking on here first. Everyone elese is saying the same thing. SCAMMMMMMM SCAM SCAM SCAM
