Best Customer Service In town – If you ever need that special present but are lost for ideas, go see Natalie at Kruger's. She is quick to understand styles and picularaties to ensure just the right item is purchased. I've had multiple visits and each time the gift turned out to be perfect. No pushing, no showing you everything in the store, just an immediate drill down to a small subset of gift that one will be just right.
Best jeweler in town – I chose to go to Kruger's because of the reviews that were already written and boy am I glad that I did. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was a long time customer even though this was my first time in the shop. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Incredible customer service, outstanding selection! – Me and my fiancee went to (it seems) to every jeweler in town. Looked at countless engagement ring settings and loose diamonds. We could not decide on a cut or setting. We went to Kruger's and there it was...her engagement ring. Best Jewelry Store Ever – I recently went to Kruger's after hearing they had the best service in town. I was not disappointed. I was shopping for an engagement ring and like most men, I had no idea what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful and patient with me as I selected the perfect ring. Best Jeweler in Austin - tops! – My husband and I are always looking for excuses to come back to Kruger's. My husband bought my engagement ring there after being so impressed by the warmth of the staff. We then bought our wedding rings there and the whole process was so easy and professional. Best jeweler in town. Excellent service. – I have never been married and had very little understanding of what I needed. Even worse I did not know the ring size or diamond preference my soon to be wife would like. I visited Krugers downtown and worked with David Kruger. Great service – As a typical male, I knew nothing about picking engagement rings. Kruger's was great. They explained it all (patiently I might add) to me and my girlfriend (who, curiously, didn't know much other--or at least she acted like it). They worked with my budget too without scoffing at my limited price range.:) Seriously, all aroud great.
Great customer service and fair prices – I was a first time diamond shopper and went all over town talking to jewelers about buying an engagement ring. Amazing Customer Service! – I am blown away by how many choices there are in this store. My boyfriend and I shopped elsewhere and were not happy.
