Look no further – Every business should aspire to create customer loyalty the way that Kruger's has with me. I was very pleased with my ring purchase (as was she). Kruger's made my Mom cry . . . with JOY!! – Jennifer Crews and the rest of the Kruger's team are AMAZING!! My Mom was retiring on Friday and as of Thursday my sisters and I had done NOTHING. How awful! Not only did they guide me through the process of finding a gorgeous pendant, but they ordered it, set the diamond and even made a small correction for me by 4:00 PM the following day -- all within my budget! exceptional – This is a small business with an owner that will accomodate to your needs. The staff is very friendly and the atmoshpere is very comfortable. Outstanding!! – I was looking for a jeweler to do work on my mother's wedding set which had been soldered together. Sam performed miracles in not only restoring the engagement ring itself, but was able to seperate the wedding band while preserving the precious engraving inside from damage. The customer service I received from Stacey was absolutely stellar, and far beyond the expected. Friendly, prompt and conscientious service is clearly the norm here. I would trust them with all my jewelry needs.
Wanting to find the perfect engament ring, I decided to stop by Kruger's Jewelers after a wonderful conversation with Evlyn over the phone. I entered the store and David Kruger greeted me with a firm hand shake and smile. He informed me Evlyn told him I was going to stop by. Where to begin? – Oh, my goodness. I walked in with two wedding sets that I wanted combined into one set. I was greeted by Jennifer, who did an incredible job of helping me bring the vision I had for these rings to life. Then, I had the opportunity to work with Sam, a truly remarkable, talented jeweler. Sam was able to bring my vision to life. The set was even more lovely that I had imagined. To top it all off, it was very reasonably priced for the attention and craftsmanship I received. Kudos all around.
Excellent Experience – Kruger's Jewelers is an excellent choice when deciding to buy an engagment ring. They spent several hours explaining the 4C's, answering questions, and showing various diamonds. I was not only pleased with the variety, but the customer service was exceptional, especially Jennifer. I will not hesitate to return for the wedding bands when the time comes.
Perfectly happy and Surprised! – Little did I know my (now) fiance had a little visit with Mr. Kruger; all on his own mind you. I would not go anywhere else! – I went to Kruger's in December to buy an engagement ring. I did not want to be bothered with the crowds at the mall before christmas and found a service which blew me away. Jennifer spent over an hour with me and helped me pick out the perfect ring from a set of stones. Plus I learned all about diamonds.
