Delightful experience – We recently had a wonderful experience at Krugers. We wanted contour bands to frame an engagment ring and custom made wedding bands. Jennifer Crew at Krugers was extraordinarily helpful. She recommended a wonderful artist who made exactly what we wanted. Jennifer was a delight to deal with. She kept us informed on the status of the work and was genuinely excited for us when the rings arrived.
Trustworthy – I?m not rich, and I had never bought a diamond before, but I was looking to buy my wife a nice ring for our 15th anniversary. Nobody better – Kruger's was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking to get engaged. They did such a great job helping me, giving me options and working with me that my fiancee and I went back for my wedding band too. Kruger Rules – I have long shopped Kruger's for gifts for all my wives and girlfriends. The prices are rock bottom, the service is four star, and David is generous and entertaining.
Great Customer Service – I went in with only a general notion of what I wanted (a diamond necklace for my fiance). I was immediately greeted when I entered and Bill started presenting me with a nice set of options within my price range. I ended up finding the perfect item in no time. A pleasant experience.
Best service – This was an incredible experience. Their jeweler, Sam, re-created an old wedding ring of my mother's and Bill set me up with a breathtaking engagement ring! The staff is welcoming, allowing your pre-purchase jitters to disappear. Their service is unbeatable and their prices are competitive. My fiancee and I couldn't be happier.
