They go above and beyond – I first went in to Kruger's around Christmas trying to put together a special engraved ring for my girlfriend. I was greeted by a friendly woman and then turned over to Anna. Anna talked with me for a long time trying to sort out exactly what I needed and if we could get it done by Christmas. Beautiful jewelry and great customer service! – My husband has been buying me gifts from Kruger's since 1995. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding. Our most recent purchase, an "upgrade" from my original engagement ring, is simply stunning. More importantly, the staff is wonderful. Jennifer has ably steered my hubby in the right direction for years. She is knowledgable and friendly. She even sent a thank you card to us after our last purchase. Exceptional Service and Quality – Following a friend's recommendation and a desire to support local business my fiance and I went to Kruger's "just to look" for an engagement ring. About an hour later we had decided on and purchased an absolutely gorgeous ring. I highly recommend Kruger's. The staff is exceptional - friendly, knowledgable and very sincere. Incredible vintage ring restoration – We went to Kruger's initially because it is very close to home and I am so glad we did! We are now loyal customers and would not think of going anywhere else. My engagement ring belonged to my fiance's great aunt and needed repair.
