Top quality service and reasonable pricing – I just started working downtown and needed to get my watchband repaired. I dropped it off there late one afternoon. Larry helped me out and let me know that it would be ready the next morning. I thought the pricing would be fairly high since the store is downtown and is very high end. Thank you Jennifer & Janie – I’ve drooled over the window displays at Kruger’s for years and last Saturday I made my first purchase. Jennifer helped me pick out the perfect birthday gift for my sister and Janie did a fabulous job of gift wrapping it. This is where I will be going for future purchases. I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service - friendly, knowledgeable and very sincere.
jewery repair – I took my wife's wedding ring for repair. The jewler Sam, did an excelent job & found more damage then I could. The sales girl, Jenefer, had a constant smile and was very caring to us. When I saw the renewed ring, I remembered why I bought it in the first place. It was beautiful. Wonderfull staff/owner, and great craftmanship! – I had walked by Kruger's proably two dozen times over the past several years & always figured that it was best that I didn't walk in a look around since it was a very prominent jewelry store in Austin. Good Staff! – I was recently shopping for a birthday gift, and Jennifer was wonderful! She helped me find just the right thing without going overboard, and i could go on and on, but im very pleased with my experience at Krugers.
Wonderful place to shop – I met with Jennifer Crews and told her that I had a gift certificate to use. She spent a lot of time with me to help me select the perfect necklace in the correct price range. She cleaned my rings and gave me detailed instructions on how to care for my new pearl necklace. She treated me the same as if i were spending thousands. I will definetly go back and ask for her.
