Fantastic – David Krueger is the best jeweler in town bar none. He and his assistants gave my fiance and I excellent service. We received an incredible deal, and will definitely be back for the purchase of our wedding bands. In my opinion, Kruegers is the place to go in Austin if you want the best of everything.

Great experience at Kruger's – I couldn't be happier with the service at Kruger's - I recently made a purchase and was assisted by Jennifer and Alecia who were both fantastic. Quality service – I recently stopped by Krugers, after shopping around town for an engagement ring. David Kruger was friendly, helpful and did everything he could to assist me in finding the best stone and setting for my budget. Perfect Experience – I just purchased a pair of diamond earrings from Kruger's. The beautiful and charming Jennifer and Alecia helped me out. I wanted a more expensive set than they had in the store, and they did their best to convince me that some of the ones they had in-store (less expensive but still great quality) were more than enough - that's low pressure sales! All around great place – Rachel Kruger helped us find the perfect engagement ring and made the entire experience fun-unlike other stores that can be pushy/intimidating. Even when we stayed past business hours the day we found our diamond the staff never rushed us or tried to shove us out the door. No other store in town could beat the quality of diamond at the value Kruger's can offer, comperable diamonds would have cost $3,000-4,000 more. After doing a little research and checking a couple of places I became discouraged; and then I found Kruger's Jewelers. David helped me to select a diamond of superior quality that fit my budget. I am definitely going to purchase our wedding bands from him as well. Kruger's Jewelers is THE location in Austin for fine jewelry.
Old fashioned customer service – I stopped into Kruger's to look for some small hoop earrings for my mother. David Kruger assisted me without being pushy and helped me find the perfect pair of earrings. After I decided on a pair, he gave me a discount and gift wrapped them for free. It is rare to experience this kind of customer service these days, especially in Austin. Bravo! I will be going back to design my engagement ring in the near future.
