They dropped a truck off there lift and now won't replace it.
To drop some ones truck and take no responsibility for it is the mark of a crook. If your dealership thinks this is good business and Ford backs you up then I will never even consider a ford or a koons dealership again. We have a koons dealership near us. Doesn't matter any more. I am now a Chevy man and won't look back. Thank you for making your position on this very clear. It helps to know who the crooks are and who not to trust at all.
