5 , 5, FIVE STARS to Mr. Gideon an incredible sales man with the only intention on giving you the best deal possible! Incredible person and even better branch. Thank you falls church ford for my new F150!
Awful
Jason Rodriguez is a fantastic sales person! After having had a bad experience at a different Ford dealership, Jason was super! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, but Jason went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service for the Ford Expedition I was looking for. I highly recommend seeking him out for your next Ford purchase!
My son and I purchased a 2017 Mustang today. I had talked with Ricky the sells manager over the phone. Made the deal and we drove 4 hrs to look at and pickup the car. We did have a couple odd request. Every thing was as agreed too and as expected. Will be the first stop in our next adventure for another vehicle. I do want to say a extended THANK YOU to Ricky and Julio for their professional courtesy. Absolutely a great time at the dealership. Sincerely Kevin
