Had a Takata airbag recall done. Had to bring the car back after hearing a loose screw rattling around in the steering wheel and the horn sounding on its own! No QC, poor work!

The leadership here is a joke. Nas and Brian are the biggest liars I've ever met. Nas acts like he has no spine and tells the same lies everytime i speak with him. Brian (THE GM) is somehow never available or is always on Vacation. Ive been calling him and not one returned phone call. They will tell you ehatever it takes to lure you in and then give false promises of helping you after the deal is done. Went to the lot, looked around for 10 minutes- no help, opened the doors and hood on a car- no response, went inside- ignored by the receptionist- asked for help- guy shouted across the showroom- hey Freddy want to sell these guys a used car- waited for the sales manager to "work up a price" was higher than it was advertised online. left- spent our $20,000 elsewhere. Awful, guess I don't look like I have $20K.
Our salesperson Darwin was very friendly and helpful. We were pleased with our experience.
