Wow Price on their website as well as Autotrader price are both incorrect due to destination charge not being included in the MSRP. It looks like it is in the advertisements but at the bottom, the fine print says the wow price does not include “freight”. General Manager Pat Fogarty told me “I do not like our advertising methods anymore than you do”. Just be ready to pay more than the advertised price. It doesn’t include everything they charge. I’m not talking about unqualified rebates either.

I would recommend exploring other options when purchasing a vehicle. Employees make you feel as if they are the ones doing you a favor by selling you a vehicle. Don’t expect good service levels. After purchasing a vehicle we were promised by salesman minor maintenance before picking up vehicle. Once we arrive to pick up the vehicle and see nothing has been done salesman says “to bad, you already bought the vehicle.” Management preaches same message even after presenting contract with required maintenance present. They are supposed to help you and take care of your car, instead they just caused me problems with 1 rim scratched, 1 rear bumper scratched and 4 dents in one of the panels, unbelievable!
