RecommendedIf you need to buy a car during a pandemic, Koons Ford is the spot lol. AB was so helpful, everything was done online or txt message, he even FaceTime me to show me the car. This was the easiest/smoothest purchase ever!!! I live in Richmond, and had no way to get up to NOVA, AB was so kind to deliver my newly purchased vehicle to my house!!! I rate this place and AB a plus 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!
I’m been buying my cars at this location But!!! I got the worst costumer service my last time from the sales manager Denovan Badamirza really arrogant and racists I filled a complaint and looks like they don’t care if they treat the costumers bad !! Never coming back and I don’t recommend shame on you !! I recommend 2 of my friends and they buy 2 new cars and after buying my self all my 5+ cars I get treated bad ....
RecommendedHad a great experience! AB was our salesman. He helped us leave with the car we wanted ! We are very happy with Koons Ford. My 2 year old son was with us and the salesmen there played with him and showed him cars while we were waiting on paperwork! This is a wonderful dealership. I will buy my next car from there too.

Bought a 2016 Ford explorer. keyfob falls apart, is missing the spare key, was never given the door code, the navigation sd was missing and the new one that was sent is blank, rotors are warped, and they tried to sell it with a tire plug in the side wall. We sat from 1030 am to 5pm. drove 2 1/2 hrs to get there. Had to point out that there was garbage stuck to the roof and there was red paint on the blue car. never again.
