Worst dealership experience and IT DOESN'T END! We spent all Sunday on Labor Day weekend negotiating a deal for an F150. From our inital contact with dealership to when we left with truck, it was clear to ALL we live in MD. Next you contact us and say you sold us a truck that CAN'T be registered in MD. We returned it immediately and left with a deal recission letter. As frustrating as that was, you then cashed our deposit and held it for THREE WEEKS and now we are fighting because you SENT OUR LOAN TO FORD!!! We are getting ... read more
Had the worst service in my 20 years of using Koons Falls Church. At this point, I doubt I will use them again.
When I bought my new car from Koons, the dealership put the salesperson's email address in place of mine, so they could put in a positive review to Ford. When I noticed the problem and brought it up a year and a half later, they did nothing, other than correct my email address. I never did get to put in a review with the manufacturer.

I gave an offer on a used car. I even repeated the offer and said I did not want to come out there if as this is my best offer. I was told that it “Should not be a problem to meet that price”. When I got there someone else met with me . I explain the offer to him. When he came back with the numbers the original price was listed and my offer that they said should not be a problem was now a problem. I finalized a sale price with a salesman named Pedro and was passed off to the "Car Doctor" Gideon. Gideon didn''t send any of the info I requested to my bank or my insurance company. He delayed things so long the month changed, some rebates ended, and the cost of the car went up. He texted me "no deal sir" and that was the last I ever heard from him. I bought a car for another dealership. All these buffoons did was waste my time.
