The GM Brian is great. I was his customer at Koons Sterling Ford, when he was the sales manager, which is 2 miles from my house. I drove 15 miles to Koons Falls Church just to buy from Brian again. He is a great GM and good guy. He came in sick just to make sure I was taken care of. His sales manager Ricky is also great as well. My sales person Julio was fantastic. First class organization run by first class team.
Julio was amazing to work with when shopping for my new car!
An hour and a half wait for an oil change? WITH an appointment? Never again. Even though I have pre-paid service, I'll stick with Jiffy Lube.
Great service and support by Shawn Murch. Top notch service manager
