I'm pleased to say the Koons Falls Church Ford really goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. This location has exceeded my expectation. Service is awesome. Staff is awesome. Ask for Ace. He is great. He is honest and professional!!
awesome management..... you go there and get some of the best service in the car sales business

The funny thing is that they advertised the same car for 269 with 0 down payment. I did the math myself, and the only possible way i can reach that monthly payment amount is with 30k for the car and really poor score credit, which none applied to me. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Although, there are some good people there, thanks to those who try to make our day but thump down ... read more
Sales Representative Ayla was amazingly helpful! My sister bought 2017 Ford Escape from Koons in Falls Church and they gave her the best price in the area. She's very happy with her purchase. I will recommend Koons and Ayla to my family and friends!
Visited Koons in Falls Church yesterday with my friend and was looking for an Explorer. Great customer service - salesperson Ayla was very polite and knowledgeable! Thanks for the hospitality!
